    Goal and objectives of the project:
    • To construct a production technological protocol of biological products POLYFA-TN3 using indigenous microorganisms at Taynguyen in order to improving the soil such as increasing of soil fertility, remaining of soil moisture, improving the resistion of industrial tree to fungus disease, reclamation of land in Taynguyen after mining of bauxite.
    • To transfer the technology to manufacturing POLYFA-TN3 in industrial scale.
    Main results:
    Theoretical results:
    • We isolated 670 useful strains from soil samples at Taynguyen and selected 9 potential strains among them to produce microbial compositions, including 6 strains of the genus Bacillus, actinomycetes and 2 fungus strains
    • Used the sequencing on 18S rRNA 16S-, identified 19 strains of bacteria, and actinomycetes
    • Present the submerged fermentation of labor selected microorganisms and the pilot scale with the proper parameters
    • Present the porous fermentation process of labor selected microorganisms with the proper parameters
    • Tested acute toxicity of POLYFA-TN3 at toxic doses on mice, dose not find LD50.
    Applied results:
    • Building a model using POLYFA-TN3 on coffee, pepper, rubber
    • Building a model using POLYFA-TN3 for reclamation the land after mining bauxite
    • Building a model using POLYFA-TN3 on vegetable for ethnic minorities in Dak Nong
    • Implementing transfer technology to manufacturing POLYFA-TN3 to 01company in Taynguyen.
    Novelty and actuality and scientific meaningfulness of the results: Isolating and using indigenous microorganisms which can resist iron, aluminum, fungus as well as against pathogenic rot leaf/ roots of pepper and coffee. POLYFA-TN3 improved pepper’life span from sick quickly die  and/or slowly die. In addition of some nitrogen fixed strains and phosphorus metabolism, there are collected microorganisms generated polisacharid  which create a factor to adsorb moisturizing, reduced residues of plant protection products, enhance soil improvement.

    Place of application: POLYFA-TN3 have accepted the transfering scales of technology production by branch of Song Dinh Corporation in DakLak.  Products were consumed at the somwe places in Taynguyen province
